Terms & Conditions

By using the Vash website and placing an order you accept the following terms.

Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handmade pieces and natural stones may vary slightly from the photographs. The weight shown for an in-stock piece is the actual weight of that piece. Custom-made pieces may vary in weight by up to 3%.

Prices

Gold pieces are priced from the day's 18K gold rate, the making fee, the retailer margin, VAT and the value of any stones, and are updated as the gold rate changes. All prices are in Toman and include VAT. The price of an order is fixed when the order is placed.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once it is paid in full or a card transfer has been verified.
Online orders that are not paid within the payment window (30 minutes) are cancelled automatically.
If a price is obviously wrong or an item becomes unavailable, Vash may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
Discount codes cannot be combined, and each code's conditions are shown when you apply it.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery, return and exchange conditions are set out on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Guarantee

The authenticity and karat of every Vash piece are guaranteed for life.
Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge for 6 months after purchase.
Damage caused by impact, misuse, contact with chemicals or repairs carried out elsewhere is not covered.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and let us know.

Intellectual property

Vash designs, photographs, text and the Vash logo belong to Vash and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you through discussion.

Changes

Vash may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page when you place your order.
