Vash respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), address and postal code, to process and deliver your order
- Account details: if you register, your name, mobile number and password (stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash)
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or when subscribing to our newsletter
- Technical data: limited data such as your IP address, used to keep the site secure and prevent abuse
Payment information
Online payments take place entirely on a secure bank gateway (the Shaparak network). We never receive or store your full card number, PIN2 or CVV2; we keep only the transaction reference and the masked card number that the gateway returns.

- To answer your questions and requests
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed
- To issue invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations
Sharing
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We share it only as far as necessary with: the postal service or courier that delivers your order, the payment gateway that processes your transaction, our SMS provider, and the authorities when formally required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. Your shopping bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Security
Connections to the site are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed with a secure algorithm, and order information is accessible only to authorised staff.
Retention and your rights
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can view and edit your account details under "Account", and you can contact us to delete your account or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
