Ring sizes

In Iran, ring size equals the inner circumference of the ring in millimetres, so a size 54 ring has an inner circumference of 54 mm.

Method 1: with a ring that fits

Measure the inside diameter of the ring with a ruler, from inner edge to inner edge, and find the closest diameter in the table below.

Method 2: with string or a paper strip

1. Wrap a piece of string or a narrow strip of paper around the base of your finger: snug, but not tight.
2. Mark where the two ends meet.
3. Measure the length in millimetres with a ruler: that number is your size.
4. Make sure the string also passes over your knuckle.

Tips

• Fingers are slightly larger in warm weather and at the end of the day; measure in the evening at a normal temperature.
• For bands wider than 4 mm, choose half a size to a full size larger.
• If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
• The first resize of a plain ring is free. Pavé and full-eternity rings cannot be resized.

Bangle sizes

Close your hand as you would to slip on a bangle (thumb towards little finger) and measure around the widest part with a tape measure.

Bracelet sizes

Measure around your wrist just above the wrist bone and add 1.5–2 cm for chain bracelets. Most Vash bracelets have an adjusting ring.

Necklace lengths

40 cm	Close to the base of the neck
42–45 cm	On the collarbone; the most popular length
50 cm	Just below the collarbone; ideal for open necklines
60 cm	On the chest; ideal for layering
