How are prices calculated?

Gold pieces are priced from the gold value (weight × today's 18K rate), the making fee, the retailer margin, VAT on the making fee and margin, and the value of any stones. Each product page shows the details. Some pieces, such as pearl or mixed-material designs, have a fixed price.

Why do prices change every day?

Because the price of gold changes every day, and we honestly price our pieces at that day's rate. The price you see when you place an order is fixed for that order.

What karat is your gold?

All Vash gold pieces are 18K (750) unless a different karat is stated on the product page.

Will I receive an invoice and a guarantee?

Yes. Every order ships with an official invoice listing the weight, karat, making fee and price. Pieces set with diamonds also come with a stone certificate.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Secure online payment through a bank gateway (any Shetab member card) and card-to-card transfer. If you pay by card transfer, enter the reference number on your order page after the transfer so we can confirm it. Online orders that are not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces are ready to ship within 1–2 working days. Insured standard delivery takes 2–5 working days, and express delivery within Tehran usually arrives the same or the next working day. See Shipping & returns for details.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and returned with its packaging, invoice and certificate. Custom-made, engraved or resized pieces cannot be returned.

Do you buy back gold?

Yes. With the invoice, we buy back Vash pieces at the day's gold rate according to their weight. The making fee, margin and VAT are not refundable on buy-back. You can also exchange your piece for a new one.

I don't know my ring size. What should I do?

See our size guide. If the size you chose does not fit, the first resize of a plain ring is free.

Can you make a custom piece?

Yes. Contact us to commission a piece in your size, weight, gold colour or with an engraving. Custom work usually takes 7–14 working days.
