Order preparation
In-stock pieces are packed and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Custom pieces and resizing take 7–14 working days, and we will contact you before dispatch.

Every parcel is insured and sent in plain, unbranded packaging so its contents are not apparent. We deliver only to the recipient or a person they nominate, on presentation of ID.
On delivery
Please check that the parcel and its security seals are intact before you sign. If the parcel is damaged or has been opened, refuse it and contact us immediately.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn and returned with its original packaging, invoice and certificate.
- Once we have received and inspected it, we refund the amount you paid to the original card within 3–7 working days.
- The original delivery charge is not refunded unless the piece is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Custom-made, engraved or resized pieces cannot be returned, nor can earrings whose packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
Within 14 days of delivery you can exchange an unworn piece for another size or design. The new piece is priced at the day's gold rate at the time of exchange, and any difference is refunded or charged.
How to request a return
Send us your order number through our contact page or call the store, and we will arrange how to send the piece back.
